Annie has studied at NSW School of Massage, Nature Care College and School of Integrated Body Therapy at holds a Diploma Remedial Massage HLT52015.

Annie’s passion lies in supporting her clients to gain relief from pain, injury, stress, tension, reduced function or range of movement and, most importantly, to encourage well being through preventative health.

Using Essential Oils (Aromatherapy) to enhance your treatment, Annie employs a variety of techniques, including Remedial, Relaxation, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release. Annie has a caring and friendly nature and works intuitively to tailor each treatment to your specific needs.

Annie has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2011. Currently upgrading Diploma of Remedial Massage at School of Integrated Body Therapy (SIBT), Charmhaven NSW. A mother of 3 adult children, Annie and her husband Peter relocated from Sydney’s Rural north in late 2016 to follow their dreams of living by the ocean in an easier pace. Having run a successful Massage Practice in Dural and Galston, Annie is excited about her new adventure bringing wellness to the locals and visitors of Pacific Palms and Forster regions and looks forward to treating you from either her Forster or Smiths Lake clinics.
