My goal is to help improve the health and fitness of Circular Head residents, and develop young athletes to fulfil their sporting potential in whatever code they play. Qualifications:
* Certified Personal Trainer (Level 4 in Fitness)
* Certificate in Health & Fitness in Children
* Advanced Certificate in Sports Nutrition
* Over 10 years body building experience
* Currently working towards Speed and Agility Coach certification

I specialise in:
* Weight management
* Body transformations
* Body building
* Sport-specific resistance training & development, particularly in young athletes
* HIIT group sessions
* in-home training ** Learn to use all that equipment you have lying around **

I provide personal one-on-one training or group fitness options.
