My goal is to help improve the health and fitness of the clients I work with, with particular emphasis on the over 40’s (like me).
Qualifications:
* Certified Personal Trainer (Level 4 in Fitness)
* Metafit & MetaPRO Certified Coach
* Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach
* Over 10 years body building experience
* Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) Level 1 Coach
I specialise in:
* Weight management
* Body transformations
* Body building
* Sport-specific resistance training & development, particularly in young athletes
* HIIT group sessions
* in-home training ** Learn to use all that equipment you have lying around **
I provide personal one-on-one training based at the Morrinsville Fitness Centre.
