🌟 Referrals are now open for the FREE Salveo Healthcare Falls Prevention Program!
Are you or someone you know at risk of a having a fall? The Salveo Healthcare 6-week program is designed to help Tasmanians in North West Tasmania improve their balance, strength, and confidence through weekly exercise and education classes, along with phone coaching sessions.
This program is supported by Healthy Tasmania, an initiative of the Tasmanian Government . It is delivered by Healthy Business , an experienced provider of community health programs.
Are you eligible?
✅ Live in North West Tasmania
✅ Have an illness or injury that makes it harder to move around and perform daily activities independently
✅ Aged 60 and older, or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person aged 45 or older
How to Get Started: complete the referral form at www.fallsprevention.net.au/referral
You can be referred by a health practitioner, community service, or self-refer.
