If you’re going through a tough time, or just feel like you need someone to talk to, you’re welcome to drop in and make an appointment. We can support people with more complex, ongoing mental health needs, or with shorter term grief and trauma counselling. While we’re not a crisis service, we know that a crisis can be the thing that pushes us to finally reach out for support, and we’re here for you when you’re ready.
Our services are free, confidential, and you don’t need a referral. We’re open Monday to Friday.
You’ll find our Wynyard office right next to the Post Office at 33 Goldie Street. You can also give us a call on 6452 1266.

Exciting news for our Smithton office! Rural Health Tasmania's Smithton office is moving to 27-29 King Street, Smithton, effective February 17th.

We're thrilled to share this new premises with the Circular Head community and look forward to continuing our services here. All appointments from February 18th onward will be at this new location.

We appreciate your patience during the move. An official opening will be held later in 2026, please stay tuned for details and note that our phone number (6452 1266) remains the same.
