How it Works:
• Goal: 8 cups (2 litres) of water per day (adjust to your needs)
• Track your progress with a water bottle or phone app
Guidelines:
• Days 1–5: Drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning
• Days 6–10: Add a slice of cucumber, or mint to your water
• Days 11–15: Drink a glass of water before each meal
• Days 16–20: Swap one sugary drink a day for water
• Days 21–25: Track your daily water intake—aim to meet your goal every day
• Days 26–30: Reflect on how you feel—energy levels, skin, digestion
