This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl is packed with flavor and nutrients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack! 😋👌

Ingredients:
* 3 cups frozen bananas
* 1/3 cup peanut butter

Physical touch with your newborn is a natural expression of love—whether it's snuggling, cradling, or gentle rubs. This nurturing practice can positively impact your little one's physical health, offering benefits such as:

✨ Inducing a sense of calm by reducing stress hormone levels.
✨ Encouraging muscle relaxation, nurturing flexibility in those tiny limbs.
✨ Supporting digestion, easing discomfort, and aiding in constipation relief.

Good times for a baby massage could be after your baby has a relaxing warm bath or after nappy changes, by providing a little tummy massage. Remember to use baby-friendly oils only, such as coconut or almond oil!

Embracing this natural form of connection not only enhances confidence in a parent's daily caregiving routines but also deepens the bond between you and your baby. Just a word of caution: you might find yourself drifting off to sleep while massaging them before they do! 💤
