Just COS Update - Hello all, I want to start by thanking everyone for your support during our recent audit. We passed with flying colours, and it’s all due to our continued dedication to ensuring participants remain the focus of everything we do.

I’m pleased to share some important news – Just COS is rebranding. Please be assured there are no changes to coordinators, management, or ownership. This business, focused solely on Support Coordination, remains committed to providing independent Support Coordination in the best interest of each participant.

Upcoming changes in how Support Coordinators may be referred to across the industry presented a timely opportunity for a refresh. We therefore decided that now is the right time to move forward with a new brand.

We’ll close out this year as Just COS and reopen on 5th January as “Intentional Connections.”

Why Intentional Connections? Because everything we do is intentional – from the way we support participants to how we build strong, meaningful relationships with providers.
What will happen next?

You will receive a new service agreement and consent forms with our new name that will require signing. We can either send this to you electronically, or your coordinator will bring it to their next meeting with you for you to sign in person.

Our phone numbers will remain the same, though email addresses will be structured as follows: firstname.surname@intentionalconnections.com.au (note that for a period of time, any emails being sent to justcoscc.com.au email addresses will be automatically forwarded onto the correct coordinator – other than that, it’s business as usual.

Please know that you will not be charged for administrative tasks related to this change, such as drawing up the service agreement and consent forms (as is usual practice).

As we make this transition, we hope it won’t cause too much confusion. Please remember you can speak to your coordinator about this or reach us on 0424 672 726 if you need any assistance.

What a weekend! We kicked things off with our staff Christmas party, celebrating the incredible achievements we’ve made together as a team throughout the year. Then on Sunday night, we wrapped up the weekend by attending the Accessible Futures Awards.

We were honoured to be named finalists in Contemporary Practice, Excellence in Disability Services and Outstanding Employer. Being recognised across three categories this year is something we are truly proud of.

We are especially excited to share that this is our third year being finalists for Outstanding Employer and our second year in a row taking home the win. Being acknowledged as an outstanding employer is an achievement we hold close to our hearts. We will continue striving to provide a workplace that values inclusion, supports growth, empowers our staff, and celebrates the unique strengths each person brings to our organisation.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team! Your dedication, passion, and commitment make all of this possible.
