MISSION:
No one should feel left out or discouraged for wanting to move forward. We advocate for inclusivity and access for all: whatever size, shape, ability, culture, or gender.We specialise across 5 areas of disability: Visual, Aural, Brain or Brain-related injury, Psychosocial & Intellectual. We give these individuals access to adaptable yoga programs to support their modern lifestyle and spectrum of movement.
We have spent two decades observing teachers across many Yoga specialisms: Hot, Goat, Hatha, Yin, Ki, Ashtangha and more. We love and respect every style, but we've learnt some people simply need different. So we've created different.
All Ability Yoga is for everyBODY.
