We’re proud to announce the successful installation of the second CTT472-20 tower crane at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Redevelopment site. This marks another major step forward in delivering one of Sydney’s most significant health infrastructure projects.

Engineered for precision and safety, this second crane will play a vital role in supporting complex and high-impact lifts throughout the hospital’s structural build.

Big thanks to the teams at CPB Contractors, Reds Global and on-ground support for their collaboration and commitment to excellence.

The RPA Hospital Redevelopment is being delivered by Health Infrastructure in partnership with Sydney Local Health District, on behalf of the NSW Government.

Over this past weekend, our crew dismantled the Moritsch RTL325A tower crane from Icon’s North Sydney Pool redevelopment site. Using a 350T mobile crane positioned on Alfred Street, the operation was executed with precision and care.

This milestone marks the final chapter in a complex lift strategy that supported the project’s requirements.

Massive thanks to our riggers, Icon, Two Way Cranes Pty Ltd and on ground teams for their professionalism and coordination.

Last weekend, our rigging and crane crews successfully executed a tower crane climb and tie installation at the Multiplex Construction Central Markets site, taking the CTL430-24 crane from 66m to its next stage at 90m before proceeding to its final height. This milestone marks a key phase in the Market Square redevelopment, a $400M mixed-use precinct set to transform Adelaide’s CBD.

During the climb, our team installed 4 additional HD23 towers and secured building ties with precision-engineered collars. Each lift was performed under strict safety protocols, including exclusion zones, certified lifting gear, and full height safety compliance. The hydraulic climbing frame was powered up and phase-checked, rollers adjusted, and tower bolts loaded—all while monitoring wind limits and crane balance.

This operation was made possible through seamless coordination with Multiplex, with rigging crews and all ground support equipment working in sync. Well done to all involved!

Last week, Reds Global successfully dismantled the Favco MK380 tower crane from Hutchies’ Green Square Integrated Community Facility and School in Zetland. Using a 400T mobile crane positioned on Zetland Avenue, our team executed the lift with precision and safety at the forefront, per our detailed lift study.


From rigging arrangements to exclusion zones, every step was meticulously planned in our dismantle methodology and dismantle load list ensuring a smooth and safe operation.


A huge shoutout to our crew and partners at Hutchinson Builders, Borger Cranes and Commercial TC for their collaboration and commitment to excellence. Another milestone achieved safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Reds Global is proud to announce the successful dismantling of the MK760 tower crane on the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package.

This complex operation at the project's Clyde Dive worksite involved precision planning and ex*****on using Borger Cranes 120T and 400T mobile cranes, with full compliance to SWMS, lift plans, and exclusion zone protocols.

Our team mobilised 13 semi-trailers and 10 trucks to complete the de-mob safely and efficiently.

The MK760L dismantle methodology was meticulously engineered and executed by the Reds Global project team, ensuring maximum safety and minimal disruption to surrounding operations.

This milestone marks a successful collaboration with the Gamuda Laing O’Rourke Consortium, the team behind the Sydney Metro West - Western Tunnelling Package, which is delivering 9km of twin metro tunnels between Westmead and Sydney Olympic Park

We are pleased to welcome Isabel Stevenson to the Reds Global team!

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the cranes and rigging industry, Isabel is known as a driven and practical engineering professional with a strong foundation in tower and mobile crane operations, project delivery, and client engagement.


Isabel began her career as an Undergraduate Engineer, where she worked as a rigging consultant while completing her Bachelor of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering (Honours) at the University of Technology Sydney. Her Honours research centered on modelling renewable energy systems, and she brings that passion for sustainable technologies to Reds. Here, she contributes to our ongoing efforts to decarbonise the fleet and deliver environmentally conscious solutions to our clients.


Now, as a Senior Project Engineer, Isabel brings her deep technical knowledge, strategic problem-solving, and calm leadership to some of our most complex lifting operations. Her ability to manage large-scale projects while maintaining strong client relationships makes her a standout addition to the team.
