A significant milestone has been achieved at Lipman’s 60 Margaret Street Sydney project, with the successful installation of the main rooftop tower crane.

Our RTL325A has been installed on top of a 100‑tonne engineered grillage system, following 12 months of detailed planning, engineering and coordination.

The installation utilised a staged methodology, beginning with a hand‑built stiff leg crane, which was used to construct a smaller rooftop luffing crane. That crane then played a critical role in progressively assembling the main rooftop crane, step by step.

A highly technical, multi‑stage build that demonstrates innovative crane solutions, precise planning, and strong collaboration across all teams involved.

Well done, team!

This Sunday, Reds Global proudly acknowledges International Women's Day, celebrating the women who contribute their talent, expertise and leadership across our business and the communities we work within.

From project delivery and operations to support roles behind the scenes, the women at Reds Global play an essential role in driving progress. Their commitment, professionalism and determination help move projects forward, influence positive change, and strengthen the inclusive culture we continue to build as a company.

The 2026 International Women’s Day “Give To Gain” theme highlights a simple but powerful idea: progress is created through contribution. When organisations actively invest time, support, and opportunity into advancing women, the benefits extend far beyond individuals.

At Reds Global, we’re proud to recognise these contributions and remain focused on creating a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and grow together.

On 22nd-24th March, Jason Redman will, once again, be embarking on an epic journey, cycling 500km in a loop ride in southern NSW (Wagga – Tumbarumba – Lake Hume – Wagga) to raise funds for country kids in need.

He is setting a personal fundraising goal to support the incredible work of Boys To The Bush and BackTrack Youth Works — two organisations that are making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable youth.

These organisations are transforming the futures of at-risk boys in regional communities, and with your help, we can amplify their impact even more. You can contribute by donating directly to Jason's page and sharing this post to spread the word. Every dollar, big or small, makes a real difference.

Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we’re helping create brighter, better futures for these kids.

Recently, our team installed the MCT565A‑M25 tower crane, which will drive the construction at Built's transformative Liverpool Civic Place precinct.

Standing tall on Scott Street, the MCT565A‑M25 will support the delivery of one of Liverpool’s most significant civic and mixed‑use developments, a $600M project that includes new council chambers, a 5,000sqm city library, community facilities, commercial offices, vibrant public plaza spaces, and future hotel and education components.

Reds Global is proud to partner with Built to help shape the future of Liverpool.

Reds Global is on site with Hansen Yuncken Pty Ltd after recently completing the er****on of the Favco MK440 for the The University of Newcastle, Australia’s new Student Accommodation project.

The MK440 stands 40m high, configured with a 45.3m jib, 2‑part rope system, and 10 x 442 towers, delivering serious lifting power.

The crane was installed using a 250t long‑boom mobile crane, with Reds Global managing full er****on, commissioning, signage, aviation lighting, and all technical controls.

This installation marks another key milestone in the delivery of the new accommodation project, built to support the growing student community and elevate the University of Newcastle’s City Campus.

At the end of last year, Reds Global was invited to take part in 'Construction Week' at a local daycare, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable visits yet. The children arrived dressed as who they dreamed of becoming: Police Officers, Plumbers, Electricians, Artists, Doctors, Engineers and, of course, Construction Workers.

We shared a short presentation showcasing some of the cranes we’ve installed over the years, complete with videos of our riggers in action (the kids loved it so much we watched it three times!). We talked about what cranes do, how big they are, and even how you climb them.

Our team helped our smallest “crew” try on harnesses and helmets and explore some of our gear. The kids were full of questions, excitement, and laughter, and the buzz didn’t end when we left. Their educators told us they kept talking about our visit for weeks.

It was a great reminder of why we love what we do, and a chance to inspire the next generation to join our industry.

Rest easy, Matty Lavers.

Yesterday, the crane community came together on the Gold Coast—hooks up, three long horns, and a minute’s silence—to honour a true legend.

While Matty never wore a Reds Global shirt, many of our people worked alongside him over the years and called him a friend. His skill, generosity, and spirit left a mark on everyone he met.

Our deepest condolences to Matty’s family, friends and colleagues.
