We are truly honoured to have received this beautiful message from Ella, who entrusted us with the care of her beloved Nonno’s farewell.
“Dear Jo and Jodie,
I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to you and your team for the care and compassion you showed in helping us plan and carry out my Nonno’s funeral. You did an absolutely amazing job, and your support throughout the entire process meant so much to myself, my mum and our family.
From the very beginning, you guided us with such kindness and sensitivity. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and respect, and the service was a beautiful tribute to Nonno’s life. It was clear how much effort you put into making everything run smoothly, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you again for helping us give Vince a beautiful send off.
