My final class is this Wednesday — 6–7pm at Somerton Yacht Club.
We’ll practice, breathe, and then stay for tea + cake to celebrate the end of the year, my birthday, and the closing of this chapter together.

Next Wednesday will be my final class — the true closing of this chapter.
Life has shifted a lot with a new job, a new puppy, and a season that’s asking for more space… so I’m choosing to honour that and make room for whatever wants to come through next.

Lately I’ve been carrying so much guilt — about the puppy, about work, about not being home enough, not doing enough, not knowing enough.
That pressure of feeling like I should already be on top of everything.

And today it hit me… I can actually let that go.
I don’t have to keep piling expectations on myself for every little thing.
I can just meet myself where I am and let this season be what it is.

That’s the medicine of this moment for me — and honestly, it’s the medicine of Yin.
When you stop forcing yourself into some idea of how you “should be,” your whole body softens.
Everything finds its own way back to centre.

I’m in a big season of change right now. New job, new puppy, new routines — and honestly, I’ve been feeling it.
The rushing ahead, the “I should be doing more,” the constant pressure to already have it all figured out.

Today something softened.
I realised I don’t have to keep carrying the guilt or the need to be further along.
I can just be here — in this moment, in this exact version of life.

This Scorpio new moon has felt like a reset for me… a reminder to let go of the pressure and land back in myself.
