Rest and Revive with Nicole Ponsford - Saturdays 2.30-4.00pm
Join Nicole, psychologist and yoga instructor, for a nourishing afternoon of gentle guided breathwork, meditation, restorative yin yoga poses, all paired with soft massage using grounding essential oils and calming soundscapes.
An afternoon to give back to yourself, where you don’t need to do anything or be anyone, simply land and receive.
Somatic practices such as guided relaxation, yin yoga, gentle massage and touch are incredibly useful complements to talk therapy. They are deeply supportive for nervous system regulation, can gently aid the processing of emotions on a subconscious level and re-remind us that we are held, supported and seen as we navigate life’s difficulties.
