It's pretty basic + not so exciting BUT it does what I need it to do at the moment which is help me lose fat and gain strength during this time of my comp prep.

Every meal is the same - sometimes changing the source of protein.

High days have higher portions of food and lower days have smaller serving sizes.

- breakfast: coffee + gf toast w/peanut butter
- second breakfast: yogurt, berries, dates + granola
- lunch: mince + rice w/vegetables
- pre workout beverage
- dinner: pasta + mince
- sometimes ice cream for dessert 🫣
