We are local residents and have extensive knowledge of the services available on the Mornington Peninsula. And more importantly, we are passionate about helping people to live their best lives! Freedom Support Coordination was established by the mother of a special needs child who understands the challenges that families and people living with a disability face when it comes to navigating the NDIS. Our coordinators understand the complexities of the NDIS system not only as consumers but also due to their professional experience which includes Local Area Coordination, Support Coordination and NDIS plan support. They can support you to:
• Unpack and understand your plan
• learn how to use funding flexibly
• support you to source and engage appropriate supports for you or your loved one
• build your capacity to ensure your future experience with the NDIS is positive and successful
• support you with your scheduled reviews
• assist you with requesting unscheduled reviews if you are not happy with your current plan
• Source, trial and purchase relevant equipment
• Apply for access to the NDIS
