Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice using supportive props and long-held poses to help the body fully relax and the nervous system settle. A chance to pause from the busyness of life and simply breathe.

This practice invites rest, grounding, stillness, and deep release — allowing the body and mind space to restore and heal.

With gentle breath awareness, meditation, sound bowls, and soft drumming to guide you home to yourself. ✨

Yin Yoga tonight ✨

A space to slow down, breathe, soften, and come back home to yourself.

Tonight we will move through deep fascial stretches, gently creating more space within the body while releasing tightness and tension held deep within the muscles and connective tissues. Through long-held postures, breath awareness, meditation, sound bowls, and shamanic drumming, the body and nervous system are given the opportunity to slow down, regulate, rest, and heal naturally.

This practice is gentle, grounding, and suitable for all levels. A beautiful reset for the body, mind, and soul. 🤍

This yin practice focuses on deep fascial stretching, creating space in the body, calming the nervous system, and allowing the mind to soften and slow down.

With breath awareness, meditation, sound bowls, and gentle drumming, this class is an invitation to rest, release, and reconnect.

There is something really special about walking into a space where you can simply exhale… slow down… and come back to yourself.

I feel so grateful to teach yoga at the Natural Health & Wellness Centre — a beautiful, sacred space where people can come to reconnect with their body, breath, mind and heart. A space that feels grounding, supportive and welcoming the moment you walk through the door.

My classes are about slowing everything down enough to truly feel yourself again. Building strength gently and mindfully, creating space in the body through movement and breath, calming the nervous system, and finding a little more clarity within the mind.

Whether you join me for Slow Flow or Yin, this practice is an opportunity to pause from the outside world and reconnect inward. To breathe deeply, soften, release tension, and simply be present with yourself.

This beautiful wellness space also offers so many other supportive and healing services, creating a community centred around health, wellbeing and connection.

A gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect back to yourself. This Yin practice focuses on deep fascial stretching to create more space, softness, and ease within the body while calming the nervous system.

Using props for support, we hold poses for longer periods allowing the body to release tension and the mind to soften into stillness.

Including breathwork, meditation, sound bowls, and gentle drumming for deep grounding and relaxation. 🤍

I’m offering one-on-one sessions that gently support the mind, body and nervous system through a combination of counselling, mindful movement, breath, sound healing, Reiki and meditation — guided by what you need in the moment.
