Best for injury-free bodies wanting an all-over body workout with spring resistance 🔥 and breath-led movement.
🌱STUDIO PILATES:
Highly personalised, small-group training using the full Pilates studio setup. Improves posture, stability, mobility and core strength.
- One Private class required prior to starting this class.
🌱PRIVATE PILATES 1:1
One-on-one, fully tailored movement support.
Perfect for post-surgery recovery, chronic pain, disabilities, pregnancy/postnatal, or anyone needing gentle, guided movement &/or individualised care. Also ideal if you simply love focused attention and personal coaching.
