Congratulations to 4 of our Rosebud superstars for reaching their 100th session!

Jill & Annette have been attending our Rosebud studio since we first opened and we greatly appreciate their loyalty! They give their all every session and we love seeing them reach their milestone!

Paola has also been with us down at Rosebud since the beginning and loves to train hard! Well done Paola, keep smashing it!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTY 🎂🎉🩵

Please help us in wishing our amazing a big Happy Birthday!

Matty is the glue that holds Evolve together. We have the most amazing environment at Evolve and that is all thanks to Matty, his care, hard work and dedication.

His staff would say he is the most amazing boss. Caring, flexible, fair and also very forgetful (but we love him anyway)! He has very interesting music taste, Jamiroquai being one, and loves to educate us on "good music" daily. We are so lucky to have him and hope he has the most wonderful day with his beautiful family 🩵

Lastly, it should be noted he teased Darcy for having the day off for her birthday this year and yet it appears he has done the same for his, funny that! 👀😂
