👌Here is one of my favourite ways to have a satisfying, tasty, filling snack that is also quick and easy to grab on the go!

✨Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Balls ✨

⛽️ I have 1 or 2 before my run or workout, or a couple in the car when I’m between meals, and my little guy loves these in his snack box.

🍽️ For me, this snack includes protein, fats and fibre, and leaves me feeling satiated until my next meal.

🧑‍🍳 And I’d much rather have a homemade option than something from a packet, and that is why I always double the recipe and keep them in the freezer!

📆 Are you noticing that days…. then weeks…. and then MONTHS can go by between your workouts?

🤷‍♀️ Do you start a new routine, only to have it go out the window 3 weeks later?

🙁 Consistency can be hard.

Quite often, we don’t stay consistent with our exercise routine for simple reasons:

❌It’s too hard.
❌Its too easy.
❌We don’t enjoy it.
❌The times don’t suit us.
❌It’s too expensive.
❌It’s inconvenient.
❌You’re bored.
❌You’re not prioritising YOU.

🫶🏻I see this happening all the time and I knew I wanted to find a way to help. Help women stay consistent, and help them find the rewards of consistency.

💻 Even if it’s signing up to my email list to get a “gentle nudge” type of emails twice a month, or you join my online platform so that you have 24/7 on demand access to home workouts. I want to help YOU stay consistent.

💪 And remember, consistency doesn’t have to mean wrecking yourself 7 days a week.

✨ Consistency is just keeping you going on the days (and weeks) you didn’t think you’d have the time or the energy.
