Challenge 2.0 // What’s next?

As Claire and I look back on the 6 weeks of ISO, one thing that truely stands out that has helped us so much through this period, is having exercise as a constant in each and every day. Whether that is the daily goal of getting 10,000 steps or the step challenge combined with a workout. Without doubt, it has given us a goal each day to work towards that we know will generate endorphins (and who doesn’t need them right now), create a clearer headspace and ultimately a fitter, healthier and stronger version of ourselves.

Over the course of the next 6 weeks, we will post the daily workout in the STORIES, so keep an eye out here for what the workout of the day is. One given is that it will be a minimum of 10,000 steps.

The workout will be posted in a story the night before, for those early birds getting the worm. We will be doing a “lucky dip” from the 42 workouts we’ve previously created. So just tap on the post in the story and follow through to get the full workout and description of each exercise.

My philosophy that runs true through all of these workouts is “quality over quantity”, so remember to adapt the workout to work for you and your body and take the time to perfect the workout.
