What Happens During the Running Assessment? 🏃🏼♀️
Your Running Assessment starts with a chat about your training history, goals, and current symptoms.
From there, we get hands-on and objective.
You may be guided through tests such as:
• Single-leg squats
• Hops
• Calf raises
These assess strength, control, and tissue capacity, helping us determine what your body needs to perform better.
Then comes the exciting part 👇
🎥 Running gait analysis — either on the treadmill or overground, often recorded on video so we can show you exactly what’s happening when you run.
We look at things like:
• Stride length
• Cadence
• Knee alignment
• Trunk posture
All with zero judgement — just facts, feedback, and performance insights!
