Today we open bookings for Aurora’s 2026 retreat program.

A series of one-day experiences combining bathing, nourishment, education and deep rest. Our first retreat begins on February 20 with Metabolism Masterclass, led by Accredited Practising Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist Kate Save.

Places are limited to preserve the immersive nature of each guest’s experience. Please take time to explore the program and please contact us with any queries you may have.

Throughout summer, Aurora offers specialist led sessions alongside the Bathhouse ritual, gently supporting a deeper, more considered experience.

Sound, breath and warmth weave through the season in different ways

Each session invites the body to settle, the breath to slow and the experience to unfold with greater ease.

This weekend marks the final Sound Bathing and Contrast Therapy sessions of the summer.

All guided sessions are a complimentary add on to your Bathhouse visit and take place daily at 9am.

The Summer of Wellness program has only three weeks remaining. We have loved sharing the extended Summer program with you including guided contrast therapy, breathwork sessions and sound healing.

In the coming weeks, you can book into Sauna infusion.

Sauna Infusion is a guided ritual inspired by the traditional Aufguss practice.

Natural infusions are poured over warm stones as aromatic steam fills the space. Through slow, intentional movement, the sauna master circulates warmth to support circulation, cleansing sweat and nervous system calm. The ritual concludes with cooling moments that restore balance and clarity.

Hot and cold bathing can feel unfamiliar if you do not know how to begin.

As part of the Summer of Wellness, Aurora offers guided contrast therapy designed for both beginners and experienced guests.

Led by trained facilitators, each session supports the nervous system through breath, warmth and cooling, allowing the body to adapt without overwhelm. Regular practice may support immunity, metabolism, muscle recovery, mental clarity and resilience.
