Ocean Fitness is owned and run by Brothers Scott and Cam Williams. Both local to the peninsula, are passionate about fitness and helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether that be increasing core strength and flexibility, improving your fitness or training for a specific event, Scott and Cam can tailor your workout to meet your specific needs. If it is a massage you need, ocean fitness can offer deep tissue remedial massage, as well as dry needling and Chinese cupping. Massage, and exercise classes are available 7 days a week by appointment.
