Enhance Physiotherapy is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team across Albury, Wodonga, and Lavington.

• Passion for Exercise Physiology
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• 1+ year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)

📋 Requirements
• AHPRA & ESSA registration
• Australian residency
• Driver’s licence & own car
• Working With Children & National Police Check
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administration Officer to join our Lavington clinic!

This is a full-time, front-desk role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital part of our clinic team. If you love people, enjoy staying organised, and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Welcoming patients and managing reception
• Booking appointments and handling phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and private health fund claims
• Supporting clinicians and assisting with day-to-day clinic operations

About you:
• Positive, professional, and people-focused
• Well organised with strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a busy environment
• Admin, medical or customer service experience is a plus

✨ The Year That Was ✨

As we head into the new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect with gratitude on the year that’s been. It’s been a year of growth, connection and incredible community support - and a special milestone for us, reaching halfway towards our goal of helping 50,000 people. A milestone we could never achieve without the trust of our patients and the dedication of our team.

This year alone, we were proud to:
• Help 5,338 people live happier and healthier lives
• Deliver 49,715 individual consults
• Run 6,802 classes with 18,556 attendees
• Provide 32,528 hours of care across our communities

From the Sunshine Ride, raising funds for the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund, to our inaugural Winter Charity Gala - where together we raised over $46,000 for the same incredible cause. These moments continue to remind us why community sits at the heart of everything we do.

This year also saw us take over a clinic on the Gold Coast, a huge milestone and one that has been an incredible success. Along the way, we welcomed 9 new physiotherapists, 5 new admin team members and 1 exercise physiologist, and proudly promoted 2 team members into clinic management roles.

We continued to grow our range of classes, invest in learning and development, host our first-ever Health Professionals Evening alongside Dr George Gaygay, Chris attending APASC25, and bringing leaders together from all six clinics for our inaugural leadership development day.

And of course, there were the moments that make our team what it is - from Nath welcoming baby Eloise, to Em getting married, and Chris trekking through Tasmania - reminders that behind everything we do are people, families and shared experiences.

As we look ahead, we’re incredibly grateful to our patients, community and team for the trust, support and shared journey this year.

We Are Open in Lavington Over Christmas 🌟🎄🎅

Our Lavington clinic will remain open during the Christmas period on the following days:

Monday–Wednesday, 22, 23 & 24 December
8:00am – 5:00pm

The clinic will be closed on Thursday and Friday for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

We will then be open again Monday–Wednesday, 29, 30 & 31 December
8:00am – 5:00pm

The clinic will be closed on 1 and 2 January.

Please note: Albury and Wodonga clinics will be closed over the Christmas period.

All clinics will reopen on Monday 5 January, returning to normal operating hours (8:00am – 6:00pm).

If you’d like to book an appointment during this time, please give us a call - we’re more than happy to help you through the busy Christmas period! 🌟🎁❄️
