Oops, I've got a bit of a back story unfolding! I've had a bit of a back injury and won't be working for a few days. But don't worry, I'm in good hands with the awesome team at MVMNT Lab.

As a remedial massage therapist, I know how important self-care is - and I'm practising what I preach (just with a bit more ice and rest right now). Thanks for understanding, and I'll be back to making you feel amazing soon!
