The clinic is closed next week. I have viral laryngitis and will not risk transmitting. Plus I am not allowed to speak, sing or whisper for two weeks! Please, if you feel you may be unwell, we can always reschedule our treatment. Having massage during illness is not recommended as it will make you feel worse and puts others at risk also. We cannot always control these things but we can try and I want to do my best to keep the clinic as clear as

My great grandmother was a herbalist and midwife. She travelled via horse and cart throughout the Flinders Ranges to deliver babies. My mother was a nurse, aesthetician and homeopath. She raised me, trained me and worked with me in our family clinic until she retired at 71yrs. Today, I carry on our family legacy in a little studio in Boulder. This year marks my 26th year in qualified practice and I was born for this work. I love it.

In other news, our mugwort is booming in the garden and our last harvest is dried and ready for use. I have exciting plans for it. Improving circulation and relief of muscle aches are just a few of its healing qualities.
