✨ Top Tips for an Easier Easter Weekend ✨
Easter can be beautiful… and also a little overwhelming.
More people, more commitments, more food, more expectations.
So here are some gentle reminders to help you move through your weekend with a little more ease, and a lot more calm 🤍
🌿 1. Start your day slowly
Before the busyness begins, take 5–10 minutes just for you.
A few deep breaths, a stretch, or simply sitting with your tea can set the tone for your whole day.

Everything doesn’t have to be perfect.
The food, the house, the plans… let “good enough” be enough.
🌿 3. Check in with your energy
Notice when you’re feeling drained or overwhelmed.
Give yourself permission to pause, step outside, or take a few quiet moments.
