One of my beautiful clients shared this with me today after having a really challenging day at work yesterday.
And honestly… this is why I teach yoga.
Yoga isn’t just about stretching or what happens on the mat for 60 minutes. The real magic is what happens afterwards - when life feels stressful, emotions feel big, work feels overwhelming, or your nervous system feels overloaded… and you suddenly remember to pause, breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Science shows that mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation practices can help reduce stress hormones like cortisol, regulate the nervous system, improve emotional regulation, and support mental wellbeing.
