Miracle Workers is owned and operated by a Brazilian couple, Gus and Thais. Managing Miracle Workers since October 2019, their practice is a healing and rehabilitation center for the body, using only proven, natural therapies and treatments.The name was intuitively created by both.The logo means two Brazilian hearts symbolising infinity representing the M and W letters. Adding the green and yellow color which are the colors of Australia and Brazil. Dedicated professionals, Thais and Gus are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic treatments as well as educating clients on how to achieve and maintain their overall health and wellness. Thais is an experienced Remedial Massage therapist and teacher of Reiki healing, a Japanese modality of natural healing, and has many satisfied students. 🌿 1. Therapist availability
Couples Massage bookings require two therapists at the same time. For this reason, appointments are considered pending until our team confirms availability. You’ll be notified via SMS, email, or phone — please make sure your contact details are correct!

🌿 2. Deposit policy
We ask for a $70 deposit to secure your booking. This amount is fully deducted from the treatment cost and refunded if the session cannot go ahead due to therapist unavailability.

🌿 3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 24 business hours once the funds reach our account and can only be initiated by management. This ensures proper tracking and processing for your peace of mind.

🌿 4. Same-day bookings (under 3h)
No deposit is required when booking within 3 hours of the appointment time — subject to therapist availability.

🌿 5. Payment security
Your card details are safely stored using Timely, a trusted appointment platform. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
