Makuru season, things are getting colder & wetter.
This has always been a time to retreat further inland, out of the harsher weather as the land provides more nourishment than the sea.
Makuru is fertility season - with the flowing rivers and change of flowers animals start pairing to prepare for the seasons ahead.
We aren't meant to be on the go ALL the time - that's why we have cold dark nights to distinguish our warm sunny days.
How can you live in the season of Makuru? How can you nourish yourself for the colder days?
Warm vege soups? A magnesium bath with some essential oils?
Lets use this time to hibernate a little, go inwards to nourish & restore our bodies so they can flourish when the rainbows appear.
If you love living with the seasons ask about Aboriginal Six Season Essential Oils we have in stock - the Makuru blend is bound to leave you feeling cozy and refreshed.
