Winter sports are officially back in the South West!

With footy, netball, hockey and soccer seasons starting, we know that concussion management is an important consideration for every coach, trainer, and parent. When a head knock happens on the sidelines, knowing exactly what to do makes all the difference for a player's recovery.

At Aspire Physiotherapy Bunbury, we want our local clubs to have the best tools available. That’s why we’ve partnered with Complete Concussions to provide our community with FREE access to their specialized Concussion Sideline Course.

What you’ll learn about concussion management:
✅ How to confidently recognise and respond to a concussion on-field.
✅ Clear, safe "Return to Play" and "Return to School" protocols.

If your club or school would prefer a face-to-face workshop, our team can also come to you for an in-person session!

We have a new Pregnancy & Postnatal Class starting up at Aspire Physiotherapy Bunbury!

What it involves...
Pilates inspired strengthening and mobility targeting your individual goals. Modifications and progressions will be guided by your Physiotherapist depending on the stage of your pregnancy/ postpartum journey. Each client's exercises will be individually tailored and run by titled Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Emma.

An initial assessment will be conducted to ensure we have the best understanding about your current condition, relevant medical history and your goals going forward.

Congratulations to Aaron Edwards, a WA basketball community stalwart for over 30 years. Originating from the South West, Aaron represented the state several times as a junior at the Australian Junior National Championships. Recently, he served as the Head Coach for the U18 Country Men's state team at Nationals. Aaron's ongoing commitment and mentorship of emerging Country athletes make him a deserving award recipient.
