Touch Alchemy offers the gift of Touch; a massage characterised by long flowing and lyrical strokes, nurturing contact, deep connection, mindful presence and deep bodywork. In Touch Alchemy, that sacred space is honoured with warmth, integrity and mindfulness; and together, we co-create an experience of moving in meditation and flowing in stillness. In this space, what unfolds is individual, unique and sacred. In this space healing in body, soul and spirit begins to take place. Touch Alchemy offers more than just a massage, but the lost art of Touch. Whether it is to reduced stress or muscle tension; to improve circulation, joint mobility and flexibility; combat anxiety, depression, fatigue or insomnia; or for overall health and wellbeing. Agnes has a background in psychology, anthroposophy and teaching, and has many years of experience working 1:1 and in groups, with children and adults and has faced many of her own inner demons. She is trained in many modalities, including the Extra Lesson, Bothmer Gymnastics, Vibrance (Spirit Dance Soul Song), Esalen Massage and Deep Bodywork, WATSU (Water Shiatsu), Yoga Teacher Training and ThaiVedic Holistic Yoga Therapy. She makes no judgements and is able to draw on her different modalities and life experiences to support you on your own inner healing journey. Touch Alchemy is a safe space.
