🍃 THURSDAY DINNER 🍃

FOLKS we are pressing pause on our Thursday evening dinners until we can sort out the large plumbing issues that plague us each Thursday evening and we can confidently offer you a dining experience that allows you to do your business without it becoming our business.

We’re doing our best to come up with a solution and calling in some experts to assist us to troubleshoot this rather complex and baffling situation.

Until then you can enjoy this Asian roast pork belly salad until 2pm weekdays 🦅

FOLKS even after eight years in this particular game, it’s still possible to have those kind of weeks where things come at us from every which way and we’re left a bit battered from it all and wondering what sweet hell is this and why exactly it is we signed up for the experience in the first place…

We’re excited for fresh smoothies, wholefood salad lunches bursting with colour and our beautifully inviting alfresco area which has been patiently waiting for the much needed rain to subside.

We are looking for positive, experienced staff across food, front of house and barista to join our team.

➿Are you an experienced hospitality professional - two roles - (1) cook/chef & (2) barista/all rounder
➿Do you have a sense of urgency? Hospitality is fast paced, and we are looking for people who understand this in their bones
➿Do you greet people with a smile? We’re an open kitchen with lovely customers who feel welcome
➿Are you available for regular weekday shifts, as well as occasional evening and/or weekends for catering? We’re heading into summer and a busy period for the cafe, catering and events.
➿ Are you consistent in your approach, your eye for detail and your work and in your personal presentation?

Today was blustery, cold outside even in the middle of the day.

We busied ourselves to keep warm with food prep for our ready meals, for the cafe, but still we were cold, until…

This beautiful soup was created. Gently spiced Moroccan veg with spinach, zucchini and toasted almonds. Great with a sprinkle of Parmesan and also delicious without.

Available 11:30-2 and guaranteed to warm you from the inside out 🦅
