White Rose Healing

White Rose Healing AcuEnergetics® is a unique effective approach to treating illness in the body.

AcuEnergetics® is an energy medicine modality that restores the body's flow of energy in order to increase health, wellbeing and vitality so you can live more fully and joyfully. It was developed over the past 40 years by an Australian, Kevin Niv Farrow, based on ancient Chinese, Judaic, Indian and western healing traditions as well as modern research. The modality works by encouraging the body t

o promote faster, natural healing to ease pain and improve physical and emotional health. AcuEnergetics® understands that pain, disease and loss of function in the body and mind are caused by a disruption in the flow of your body's energy. Our energy is influenced by physical factors such as an injury, and also our attitudes and thoughts. When we are angry, worried or sad this energy moves in a contracting way, restricting flow and inhibiting the regular functions of the body. Over time, your muscles and organs can’t do their jobs properly, wounds won’t heal and pain and symptoms start to appear. As an AcuEnergetics® Practitioner, I use my hands on precise points on the body to restore the natural flow of energy, mostly without actually touching the body.

Children are beautiful to work with

Children are extremely sensitive when it comes to energy. Their minds are generally not as locked in to their stories as much as adults, which makes them more flexible and less likely to hold on to destructive emotions. This also makes them excellent people to treat with AcuEnergetics®.

Below is a real life case, where AcuEnergetics® has made a real difference in the life of a little girl and her family.

Ella’s Story 👧
“Two days after our second session we went away and I took Ella outside amongst the dewy flowers. As she stood against my legs and I held her shoulders she lifted her left leg and put it down in front of her. The she lifted her right leg and put it down in front of her. With me holding her shoulders she walked 10 steps right up to where the flowers were growing. The others couldn’t hear me yelling for them to come watch so I scooped her up, ran to the house and she again started walking in front of everyone.

She managed another ten steps before exhausting herself. There was much ecstatic smiling and a lot of teary eyes. We only managed one more session of AcuEnergetics® before we left Sydney but it changed us and Ella forever. We still have a daughter who needs lots of help on our hands but she has two blissfully happy parents who see that the little steps that mean so much can come from the most amazing places. For some people the road to health and wellbeing can be long dark and dreary with no end in sight. But for those who have experienced AcuEnergetics® it’s more than being a light at the end of the tunnel : it’s actually the light. Whether through being worked on by a practitioner or by learning yourself you can guarantee that your own road will be changed irreparably for the better.

Thank you.

Anna.”

Benefits of working with the body’s bio-electricity 🌟

For starters- it works! No matter what you think, or what you believe, this is a physical and electrical phenomenon and it exists.

Whether you can feel it or you can’t makes no impact on the result of your treatment. Some people do and some don’t and this is irrelevant. We have seen many people over the years that have been sceptical and ‘don’t believe in this kind of thing’ and yet come in for a treatment and then been surprised by the obvious sensations they can feel whilst being treated. 🤗

It makes sense!

When you start to understand the nature of the body and how the bio-electrical system fits in with everything else – your organs, your mind and emotions, the blood, muscles and functions of the body – it all makes perfect sense. 🙏

You start to see that there are patterns in the body and cause and effect. If one area is compromised, it will impact another. If your kidneys are weak, you will be tired.

If your gall bladder has tension, you will not be so flexible. If you worry incessantly, your stomach will be upset. 🌪️

So when you see a symptom appear in your body, it is a great sign to see what area needs to be addressed, not suppressed!

The heart is a spiral - so beautiful!

The Heart is a Spiralling Organ~~

Many of us live under the medical myth that the heart is a pump, an idea borne of an industrialised culture that views the body as a machine.

The heart however is so much more beautiful and fascinating than we ever could have imagined!

“Modern analysis of the heart has shown that in spite of the fact that the most powerful ventricle of the heart can shoot water six feet into the air, the amount of pressure actually needed to force the blood through the entire length of the body’s blood vessels would have to be able to life a one hundred pound weight one mile high” - Stephen Buhner

So how does the blood move around the labyrinth-like vessels of our body?

It moves of its own accord.

You see, blood flow is not a simple stream like we once thought.

It is in fact composed of two streams, spiralling around each other much like the image of a DNA double helix, at the centre of which is a vacuum.

“Blood flow through living vessels is much more like a tornado than anything else: Such a vacuum is necessary for producing a vortex” - Stephen Buhner

How cool is that?

This spiral dance is not only found in the bloodstream, but also in the blood cell itself!

Blood cell’s in fact spin on their own individual axes of rotation. They are smaller spinning cells in a larger spinning vortex.

If your mind is not blown yet, let’s go back to the heart.

The heart itself has recently been discovered not to be a mass of muscle, but rather a ‘helicoidal myocardial band’ that has spiralled in upon itself, creating its unique shape and its separate chambers.

This is called the Helical Heart, and you can see doctors unravel it by searching ‘Helical Heart’ on Youtube.

Pair this with discoveries that the heart functions as an endocrine gland, has its own nervous system that makes and releases its own neurotransmitters, and omits an electromagnetic field that is far stronger than the brain’s, and we begin to move from the idea that the heart is simply a mechanical pump.

It is a spiralling organ of perception.

If that’s not beautiful, we don’t know what is.

I love how the Chinese character for mindfulness is made up of "now this" and "heart mind"

Mindfulness - The Chinese character 念 is composed of two parts, the top 今 meaning "now; this" and bottom 心 signifying "heart; mind."
"Mindfulness is the quality and power of mind that is aware of what's happening — without judgment and without interference. It is like a mirror that simply reflects whatever comes before it. It serves us in the humblest ways, keeping us connected to brushing our teeth or having a cup of tea. It keeps us connected to the people around us, so that we're not simply rushing by them in the busyness of our lives.
We can start the practice of mindfulness meditation with the simple observation and feeling of each breath. Breathing in, we know we're breathing in; breathing out, we know we're breathing out. It's very simple, although not easy. After just a few breaths, we hop on trains of association, getting lost in plans, memories, judgments and fantasies.
This habit of wandering mind is very strong, even though our reveries are often not pleasant and sometimes not even true. As Mark Twain so aptly put it, "Some of the worst things in my life never happened." So we need to train our minds, coming back again and again to the breath, simply beginning again.
Slowly, though, our minds steady and we begin to experience some space of inner calm and peace. This environment of inner stillness makes possible a deeper investigation of our thoughts and emotions. What is a thought— that strange, ephemeral phenomenon that can so dominate our lives? When we look directly at a thought, we see that it is little more than nothing. Yet when it is unnoticed, it wields tremendous power.
Notice the difference between being lost in a thought and being mindful that we're thinking. Becoming aware of the thought is like waking up from a dream or coming out of a movie theater after being absorbed in the story. Through mindfulness, we gradually awaken from the movies of our minds."

One conscious breath.
It can make the world of difference and really turn things around for you if you find things escalating in your body and mind, getting out of your control.
Try the STOP technique.
Stop, Take a conscious breath, Observe how you feel and then Proceed with your day.

Remember as Eckhart Tolle says, one conscious breath is a meditation!

One breath is all it takes. Try it now 😊

ARE YOU FEELING STRESSED ?

Take a seat with your feet on the ground
Take a deep breath in. Feel your body as you inhale.
Take a long breath out. Notice your body as you exhale.
Follow your breath in and out.
Rest your mind on your belly or your chest or at your nostrils.
Just be aware as you breathe in and aware as you breathe out.
