Chant & Chill is back! Tune in, sing and meditate as we invite the body, mind and soul to a place of inner harmony and deep relaxation.

Sing simple and enjoyable songs from around the world, at home or written by me.

Relax into a blissful meditation to end the evening. This session is suitable for all…even those with no singing or meditation experience.

I've recently been told by a few clients that I am on their Bingo Card for 2025. I wasn't sure what this meant (as I was a bit late to the Bingo party) but now I know about it I really love this concept.

I will be making my own Self Care Bingo Card and loudly shouting BINGO when I tick all the boxes...or maybe after each one. 😁
