I have been consulting the cards for almost 35 years and reading for others for 23 years.

I absolutely love working with Tarot but have been aware of the fear or expectations others have regarding them.

I think Tarot is meant to be used as a mirror for reflection and a guide to support our next steps, rather than a tool for prediction or fear.

They encourage us to Think, Feel, Create and Take Action in our lives.

My readings are clear, insightful, grounded, inspiring and empowering. I prefer to support difficulties, issues and questions with warmth, kindness, gentle strength, humour and a great action plan.

Pretty geraniums brighten the wreath this week.
They have long been used for their healing properties in herbal medicine and as flowers of protection or connection in wicca traditions.

I couldn't resist taking a cutting from our Yarra Street garden and bringing their vibrant healing energy into my room.

It didn't take long for Melvin to find his way to the heart of a 'grown-up' client this week 😁

Gentle pressure and warmth on our heart chakra can be soothing and deeply comforting.

Whether it's a self hug, a cuddle from a loved one or a snuggle with your pet, I hope your heart gets to experience some nurturing and unconditional love this week too.

This is Melvin. He is calm, cuddly and loves being squished. Like all sloths he doesn't move around much and is carrying a bit of extra weight...making him the perfect buddy to snuggle with. 🦥

As adults, we know how difficult it is to be in this world at the moment, so it's understandable that kids are really feeling it too.

I have more children than usual booked in this week. They are feeling and dealing with lots of emotions that are rising up to be acknowledged and soothed.

Creating a safe place to feel, speak, cry, be silent or still is important.

They don't need us to over complicate things for them.

They need simplicity, rest and breathing space to receive nurturing, understanding and reassurance.

Melvin is certainly working his magic in the gentlest of ways. He might even lend a hand with grown-ups too.
