For centuries, women have turned to nature’s wisdom to heal and rejuvenate after childbirth. Herbs, spices, and gentle rituals have been passed down through generations, offering a holistic approach to postpartum recovery.

✨Traditional Abdominal Binding ✨

Abdominal binding is a beautiful, time-honoured practice found in many traditional cultures around the world.

It’s a way of supporting a woman’s body after birth — physically, emotionally, and energetically — helping her feel held, restored, and reconnected to her centre.

I’ve been practising this traditional art for 9 years, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my work — an honour to support women through such a sacred time.

Each wrap is done with intention, care, and deep respect for the wisdom passed down through generations.

My calendar is now fully booked until December, but please feel free to reach out if you’d like to join the waitlist or learn more about this nurturing postpartum ritual.
