Worth the read… this conversation has been had many times in my Direct Messages recently, so felt it needed a post.

I first experienced a Family Constellation over 10 years ago.

My perception of what was possible changed.
I opened to new consciousness.
I was changed internally.
My world compass dismantled.

And I did not even get my family constellated.

Yet I saw some holes and more was needed…

It would not be until 5 years of dedicated Spirit Work training, that I then felt the real call to study the late work.

This then expanded with Soul Constellation® training with 🐉

Now the blend & flavour of constellations has no limits.

Focussing on the Inner Child has been ground breaking upon my personal healing journey.

I have offered Inner Child:
- 1:1 Sessions

It is crystal clear that we all hold buried emotions, circumstances & patterns from our youth.

Without guidance this can keep us stuck & will end up being passed onto the next generations.

A poll in my stories yesterday concluded unanimously that the pains & struggles we deal with TODAY, are stemmed & rooted in our past & ancestry.

‼️How often do you focus on bringing LOVE & HEALING, kind ears, a gentle heart & true nourishment to your Inner Child who has been left abandoned, sad & alone?

Human children carry very similar wounds from their lineages.

We first experienced & connected to this pain (& light), while in our mother’s womb & during our development.

Supporting the Freedom of others…

Receiving client updates that:
- Alcohol abuse is over
- Daily Cannabis use stopped
- People pleasing minimised
- Boundaries & self worth increasing
- Control over choices restored

This didn’t happen overnight.

My Soul feels fulfilled when I have been part of another’s evolution.

Freedom from substance abuse…
Freedom from inner pain…
Freedom from the thoughts that keep us small & self critical…
Freedom from living for others.

We seek our crutches,
Addictions & Avoidance patterns,
to take off the edge...
to find inner relief…
yet the short term gain has long term consequences,
that is for certain.

We people please & keep our own needs secondary to feel safe.

True freedom only comes with Empowerment & Healing,
otherwise no real transformation has happened.

The medicine of flowers has blessed my inner waters once again.

Bringing souls together for Ceremony, new community members & those years upon the path, nourished many aspects of my ‘why I do this’.

I see the future generations being blessed with parents whom sit in Sacred Space regularly, breaking down old patterns, cycles & outdated ways.

Ceremony is a way of life, aligning to the Seasons brings us closer to this, with balance & flow.

I am deeply grateful to the teachings of & whom has supported my reverent relationships to the medicine of all kingdoms.

Crystal, animal, tree & mythological beings alike, we are to remember that all of life/spirit carries medicine, not just certain plants.

I hold in my heart that people learn the patience to seek the wisdom of working with Spirit, that doesn’t revolve around finding another psychedelic experience.

This can potentially cause more disruption to a person’s Soul Journey without the proper guidance, training & alignment.

Thanking the ‘Spirited Souls’ community whom attended from across 3 states for our sacred time together on Saturday.

What energy are you contributing to a festival field?

We all have a part to play.

Awareness around contribution,
vs competition or self benefit,
is what will elevate a gathering…

We all know that one person can bring the vibe down on the dance floor.

It is about the consciousness we bring that will support its evolution.

Contributing my talk on ‘The Energetics of Festivals, Substances & Ceremony’ has received great feedback & sparked discussion around Spirit, Attachments & Self Care.

Sharing & being generous with energy is one aspect, yet acknowledging how we may ‘leak’, ‘release’ & bring our own ‘toxicity’ to the space is how we can take ownership of our piece in the puzzle.

In my opinion has led the scene in many departments for such a long time. From the creators, to the punters, to the volunteers & cleaners, to the land custodians, the next chapter of festival culture feels bright & I am looking forward to continuing to contribute my energy.

Now being 10 years sober, I support many from this scene:
- to regain their power over their addictions
- to reconnect to their soul & path
- focus on their spiritual, physical & mental health.
- artists to find trust, discipline, authenticity & productivity in their art
- to find true freedom, not momentary, or conditionally while at the festival or on substances.

Escapism is done.
Connection & freedom is where we are heading.

Leaving a festival without attachments is near impossible.

Attendees go to RELEASE…
Their problems, stresses & energetic load.
Shaken & danced out, substances taking off the edge…
Connecting to something greater,
Music, Unity, Community, Land
& a Culture of Celebration.

It was an honour to share a talk in the

Many attendees asked…
How do we look after ourselves after & during a festival?

What is released goes somewhere.
When you open energetically, your vessel becomes vulnerable.
You are inviting entities in when you partake in substances.
Lower dimensional beings rule this space.

Self care after a festival is non-negotiable,
You’re not just tired because you spent 3 days dancing.
You are not drained just because you pushed the envelope.

Your Spirit can still be at the festival.
Your Soul can & does fragment, never making it back to your body.
You merge with others on the dance floor.
Toxicity (& Light) is shared.
Entities & Shadow Beings jump.

Get in a Salt Bath or the Ocean,
& seek a professional to clear your field.

This is how we navigate & integrate.

I have been repairing energy fields for many years
including my own, after these experiences.

Ceremonial Community is a gift I received in

‘The Path of the Blue Rose’ I started facilitating 2 years ago, a space for like minded souls to regularly meet in a format designed to bring the medicine needed for the group forward.

With plant heroes & unique constellations, this format brings healing, deeper connection with self, each other & the kingdoms of light.

Reestablishing communion with Spirit that is outside of the entheogenic space is so needed for our culture to restore a reverent & co-creative energy with the Earth.

In a month’s time during the Autumn Equinox we will sit with ‘Lady Lotus of Lemuria’ & the Rose for a journey within to activate our divine inner waters & remember our true essence.

Returning to Rainbow

Back with the family, sharing my energy in a different way this time around.

A Village talk on the ‘Energetics of Festivals, Substances, Ceremony & Men’s Work’ is something I wish I had heard more about commencing my spiritual endeavours.

Honouring the consciousness of a festival like Rainbow as being pivotal upon my Soul’s journey.

As a shadow worker, keeping up to date with such topics is a fine dance, we’ve known about this for a long time, the intent is to continually harvest energy & souls on the etheric plane.

This horrific goal is orchchestrated in the ritual room & via agendas impacting us in this very moment.

Blessings to the human species for balancing this darkness.

MEN: have you looked within at your own shadows, found the ancestral coding within connected to the pe******ia in your own blood lineage?

Within all lineages this exists, along with shame, in**st & much more, contributing to the lack of safety our descendants feel & have.

We have the responsibility & power to rewrite this timeline away from such atrocities, to really protect & create a deeper sense of safety.

Finger pointing blame & a lack of accountability continually projects the darkness being external.

Do the work, contribute to humanity by eradicating these energies from where you can most, within your blood.
