Yoga has been my companion over the last 18 years.
Practicing where I could,
wherever I could.
Does that make me “good at yoga”?
It makes me good at finding the calm within, breathing deeper, checking in with myself, creating strength & focus and being more flexible of both body & mind.
One of my favourite poses is Dancer Pose. You might have seen we also chose this one for our mural on your up the yoga studio.
This photo is from 2009, while 8 months pregnant with my daughter.
Looking at this photo, I can see the calm, the inner strength, but also how every week, I keep making tiny little improvements and alignments.
Yes, yoga is for everybody,
but also for every body.
