A little message from the boss lady, Lara...

"After 11 years here in Cooma and over 6 years of owning and operating LNH Physio, the time has now come for me and my family to relocate to a warmer climate. Our doors will shut in Cooma for the final time on Wednesday 20th December 2023! I would like to personally thank everyone for your support both personally and professionally over the years. I wish each and every one of you all the best for the future."

Starting TODAY there are a few small changes to our Pilates timetable! 🙌

Our superstar Pilates instructor Julieann is having a well earned break and embarking in a once in a lifetime holiday! Rest assured, Julieann will be back teaching Pilates mid June! Julieann's Tuesday evening classes will still be running whilst she is away, you can see who is teaching her classes on the Mindbody App. 🎉

In the coming weeks we will say a big farewell (for now) to the wonderful Jess Kaufline, as she prepares to welcome the newest addition to her family! The team at LNH wishes her all the best in the coming months! 👏

Meet Julieann Martin 💕

Julieann started practising pilates in her early 20s and quickly became a lover of all things Pilates! She was surprised to find how the pilates' principals benefited her in every aspect of her daily life. 🤸🏼
Julieann is a qualified instructor through Barre Body and is currently undertaking her pre & postnatal coaching certification 💗
Julieann encourages her clients to find an appreciation for what their bodies are capable of and, most importantly, to have fun while doing something beneficial for their overall wellbeing. 💫
