Good morning is it just me or is everyone having tech problems !?

I have been trying to reinstate my instagram from private to public.
That was successful but they have given a tonne of restrictions because when I switched that switch , 100 or more ppl joined instantly. They had been waiting.

So I am currently on line with tech for the second time.

Is it mercury in retrograde ?
