1. Globally, 1 in 4 adults do not meet the global recommended levels of physical activity
2. People who are insufficiently active have a 20% to 30% increased risk of death compared to people who are sufficiently active

Let's get our heart pumping:
(WHO recommendation)

1. At least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (that's 25 minutes per day)
(e.g. Fast walking, Cycling, Sports)

2. Additional muscle-strengthening activities at moderate or greater intensity, 2 days per week
(e.g. Dumbells Weight, Push Ups, Squats and Lunges, Planks)

INTERMITTENT FASTING (IF):
IF is such a big thing now, but it still amazes me how simple changes just to the timing you eat will have multiple health benefits to your body!
For people who are not familiar with IF, intermittent fasting is to reduce your daily eating window to 8-10 hours.
Hence your digestive system has complete rest for 14-16 hours every day (you can still drink water).

Multiple solid evidence-based research has shown that IF can:
- lower insulin level
- lower blood pressure
- reduce appetite
- improve cardiovascular health

Keep in mind:
- No food during the fasting time, but you can drink water
- Eat quality food during "eating window"
- Check with GP/Dietitian/Naturopath before starting IF
