Hey everyone long time no speak, this year has been a helluva roller coaster as I'm sure you're all experiencing 💁

Unfortunately I won't be mobile for a while as I had a major car accident a 2 weeks ago due to an unforeseen medical issue that caused me to black out behind the wheel. Long story short I am now carless and cannot drive until I get a medical clearance from my doctors to be able to drive again.

I am still massaging but all treatments will now have to be at my residence, so I'm steadily setting up for you all so no one misses out on treatments.

I hope everyone's doing well, and please don't hesitate to message me for treatments.

Happy new year everybody! Does anyone know where January went???? 😅😂

I am back on the "tools" for all your sore body's needs!

There is no travel fee anymore, just the set fees listed here:
1 Hour session - $90
90 Minute session - $130

Hey everyone, how quickly time has gone by!

I hope you're all managing to get through the final month alright, this year has been quite the rollercoaster 🎢

I will be off the tools from the 22nd Dec - 8th Jan, and just a reminder that come January I will be bringing my prices up to the industry standard and dropping the travel fee

Hey everyone! Hopefully you're all getting through this hectic time, these last couple of months have been busy! 😵‍💫

Don't forget to be looking after yourselves through these crazy times, whether that be taking that extra time for yourself, or treating yourself to a massage 😉

As of January, I will be bringing my prices up to the industry standard and removing the travel fee.

There is still 3 months to book in a session at the current prices including the travel fee.

CURRENT PRICES UNTIL DECEMBER 31ST2023-

1 Hour session $75

90 Mins session $100

Travel fee $20

NEW PRICES AS OF JANUARY 2024-

1 hour session $90

90 min session $130

I have more plans gearing up for the new year as well, but those will have to wait for another post 😛

Winter has definitely let itself in and made itself comfortable, I'm sure everyones feeling.....🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
Cold weather results in your muscles losing more heat and contracting to reduce heat loss, tension throughout your body and symptomatic aches start to present usually around your joints 💁

Or if you've had previous injuries such as a bone break or fracture, taut soft tissue can cause an ache or "pulling" sensation on the previously affected area 🤕

Staying warm, drinking hot drinks such as cacao (for Magnesium) and stretching is a good way to help reduce tension on your own, but when you are ready for a release, book in with me for an hour or 90 minutes in the comfort of your own home 😊
