We are running Functional Mobility Classes designed to improve flexibility, movement quality, and help reduce muscle soreness.Each session explores mobility exercises for different areas of the body using guided stretches, mobility movements, and simple exercises.

🚨 Important NDIS Update – Have Your Say! 🚨

Hi everyone,
The NDIS is currently reviewing Exercise Physiology as a funded therapy under the scheme. There’s a real possibility it could be restricted or even removed, which would seriously affect access to these essential supports for people living with disability.

The NDIS is asking for feedback from participants, families, and support people through a short survey to understand how valuable Exercise Physiology is in helping people reach their goals and improve quality of life.

🗣️ If you have the energy, please take a few minutes to share your experience — your voice matters and can make a real difference in keeping Exercise Physiology recognised as an evidence-based, essential therapy.

It is a day to raise community awareness, understanding and acceptance of the 5.5 million people living with disability in Australia.

• 1 in 5 people in Australia live with a disability
• 15% of people in Australia aged 0-64 years have disability
• 52% of people in Australia aged 65 years and over have disability
• 7.9% of all Australians have a profound or severe disability
• 9.9% or 1 in 10 people with disability in Australia have experienced discrimination.

Thankyou to everyone who wished me a happy holiday, I had the best time.

While I was away I did 582,427 steps. Making a personal best of 32,577 steps in one day and climbing 20 flights of stairs that day. Should we guess which country I did this in?

This got me back on track to achieving my fitness goals.
