Want to help shape the future of maternal mental health care in Australian workplaces? 🤍

If you’re a new or expecting working mum, you already know: the transition into motherhood changes everything — your body, your emotions, your identity… and how you experience work.

But too often, mental health support during this time is missing or not built for real life.

That’s why Women’s Mental Health Australia is launching a new pilot program for new and expectant working mothers, developed by maternal health expert Dr Susan Nicolson — and we’re inviting you to be part of it.

✨ What’s in it for you? ✨
• Feel supported and understood through pregnancy, leave and return to work

• Build confidence navigating work + motherhood + your own mental wellbeing

• Learn tools and strategies grounded in evidence and real lived experience

• Be part of something bigger — helping shape what future mums will receive

• Know your voice will help set the standard for workplaces across Australia

This is more than a program — it’s a chance to be part of real change.

It’s FREE to participate with places currently available for a range of dates in March 2026, but they’re filling fast.

If you (or your workplace) would like to participate, submit an Expression of Interest using this link: https://ow.ly/8fqM50XZUBG 💛

International Women’s Day 💜
A moment this week to reflect on the seasons we all move through. Times where we give, times where we grow, and times where we lean on those around us. Every role, every story, and every path is different, but the strength comes from how connected we are along the way.
Thank you to all the amazing women who share their stories and remind us of what’s possible together 💐
