Hi, I’m Karen the Clinical Manager👋

I lead a diverse and passionate team of health professionals dedicated to improving access to quality women’s healthcare. I’m driven by a deep commitment to women’s health, health equity, and finding practical solutions that remove barriers for women in our community.

Before stepping into my current role, I worked across Health Promotion, Advocacy, and Cancer Support at the Centre. These roles gave me firsthand insight into the real needs, systemic gaps, and complexities women face when trying to access healthcare, insights that continue to guide and ground my work today.

Some of my proudest achievements include delivering the Women’s Telehealth GP Service pilot and launching the Cancer Physiotherapy Service. Both were developed in direct response to identified access gaps and have already made a meaningful difference for women seeking care.

Every day, I’m inspired by the intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated team I work with. Together, we’re committed to building a community where all women can access the care, support, and information they deserve.
