Today we pause to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice and service of all those who have served our country.

We acknowledge the bravery of the Anzacs and all servicemen and women, past and present, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, who have served with strength and pride, often in the face of significant adversity.

We reflect on their contribution, their resilience, and the enduring connection to Country, community and culture.

Lest we forget.

💫Wirraka Maya had the distinct privilege of welcoming several esteemed dignitaries to our facility. During their visit, we had the opportunity to guide them through our comprehensive health services and wellbeing buildings, highlighting the range of programs and support we offer.

As we navigated through our facilities, we proudly showcased the vital work that takes place here, emphasizing our commitment to community health. Our professional staff, each with their unique expertise and passion for service, were introduced to the guests, fostering a deeper understanding of the dedication and care that underpin our mission. The visit not only strengthened our connections but also shed light on the positive impact we strive to create in the community.

🌈✨ What a fantastic start to Rise & Thrive Thursdays! ✨🌈

We had an amazing turnout for our very first Rise & Thrive session in collaboration with the JD Hardie Youth & Community Hub and wow, the energy was incredible! 🙌

Our young participants got creative with a rainbow craft activity, learning in a fun and meaningful way about keeping their lungs fresh, clean, and strong just like the sky after the rain 🌦️💙

It was so great to see so many smiles, yarns, and hands-on learning happening all in one space. This is what community, connection, and wellbeing is all about 💛

A big thank you to everyone who came along and supported we can’t wait to see you all again next Thursday for more fun, fresh snacks, and positive vibes!

🌿 Let’s keep rising, thriving, and choosing healthy futures together.
