As a mum, trying to do it all, Some days I wake up and just CBF.
🕔 This morning at 5am I wanted my usual 5km on the treadmill.
👟 Didn’t even make 1,000 steps.
🫠 Zero motivation. Brain done.
But today is not my rest day. So I pivoted.
💥 On the CM machine instead.
I personally use CM more than my fat-burning/ heat machines because:
✔️ My clothes stay on
✔️ I can strap on / strap off easy
✔️ It is quick to jump off if my baby wakes
What it means?
🔥 I still train my muscles on my less motivated days
🔥 I still move when I really can’t be assed
🔥 And when I hit the gym… I’m strong as hell
🧠 When my head gives up, I make sure my muscles keep going.
🧃 Purchasing a body sculpting 8-pack to have in the tank for those low-energy days, or Sunday chill day when you want to train but still relax, is not a bad option.

Ps. After my CM slim session, I felt that much better I got back on the treadmill and hit my 5ks 🩷
