Mountain enthusiast, and our Foot & Ankle physio, Stuart Imer, pays homage to the majestic beauty of our mountain and the vital role mountains play in our ecosystems, communities, and health and wellbeing. Rising to a height of 1,271 meters, kunanyi offers breathtaking views of the city and its surrounding landscape, offering a dynamic and ever-changing natural spectacle.

Every day, we soak in the stunning views from our South Hobart clinic, and we are grateful for the easy access to the incredible trails and adventures that kunanyi has to offer. On this International Mountain Day, we're feeling extra grateful for those moments when we have such easy access to hit the trails! Just yesterday, we ventured out for a refreshing hike after work and were rewarded with stunning rivulet waterfalls cascading after the recent rain. The incredible connection between nature and our well-being is where being on the mountain truly rejuvenates the soul! 🌄
