We are excited to be offering community health projects again through 2025, kicking off with the Nature Moves Me Outdoor Knee School in February.

Nature Moves Me draws together the extensive experience of Matt Lancaster as a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, Specialist Exercise & Sports Physiotherapist and long time outdoors enthusiast, to offer nature-based health and wellness activities.

It was a beautiful morning at the Tasmanian Land Conservancy owned and managed Tinderbox Hills Reserve. Thanks to this lovely group of people who participated in a very relaxed Nature & Forest Therapy walk and TLC for their support.
