PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) Effects everything I do. For me, It is the most disabling part of being Neurodivergent.

From putting on my socks, to going on holiday. It is an uphill battle that drains my energy and makes life feel like I'm running on sand, while most people run on pavement.

🧵✨ Let’s Get Support Sewing Group – Latest Creations! ✨🧵

Our talented Sewing Group has been hard at work, and we couldn’t be prouder of the amazing projects they've completed recently! 💪

Karen completed some beautiful brightly coloured quilted water bottle holders. Stylish, eco-friendly, and perfect for staying hydrated on the go!

Lucy completed an absolutely beautiful patchwork cushion cover. She combined vibrant fabric scraps into a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece. Lucy has also recently been working on some padded phone pouches. She even made them in two different sizes, so whether you're an Android user or an Apple user there's one for you!

Caroline crafted a beautiful handmade cushion. Every new project she completes reflects her growing confidence and talent.

Last but definitely not least, is Sheridan's most recent projects. Sheridan has created and handcrafted her very own soft, reusable face wash cloths.

Every item is made with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of heart. 💖

One person’s trash is another’s treasure!

Last week, our Thursday Ladies Connect Group made their very own trash and treasure, right here in the office!

From vintage finds and quirky collectibles to pre-loved clothes and homemade goodies – there was something for everyone. It was a great reminder that sustainability can be fun (and affordable!)
