Have you checked today’s UV?
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation can be high even on cool and overcast days. Overexposure to UV radiation from the sun is a major cause of skin cancer.*
The temperature does not affect UV radiation levels, so it’s important to check it before heading out, and pack sun protection. This includes SPF 50+ sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and protective clothing.
You can check the daily UV on this site - https://www.myuv.com.au/
