Making sure your support workers have the right training is essential for both safety and compliance. While the only mandatory training for all registered providers is the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, providers must ensure staff are competent to meet participant needs under the NDIS Practice Standards.

🔐 Important NDIS System Update – PRODA Access Ending Soon!

The NDIA is upgrading its security systems to make provider access safer and more reliable.

From 10 November 2025, all NDIS providers and authorised employees must use myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) to log in to NDIS portals — PRODA access will be discontinued after this date.

✅ myID enhances identity verification and security
✅ RAM manages access for authorised staff and users
✅ Once you switch to myID & RAM, you can’t go back to PRODA

🪪 What you need to do:
1️⃣ Create your myID account
2️⃣ Link your business to RAM
3️⃣ Authorise employees in RAM
4️⃣ Employees accept the authorisation request
