Massage2Motivate was founded by Sophie Conidi. Sophie worked in the Corporate Sector as an Accountant for several years. In 2003 she decided to change career paths and become a qualified Massage Therapist. In 2006 she started Massage2Motivate. Its initial focus was Corporate Massage across Australia. Massage2Motivate has quickly grown to be the leading provider of Corporate Massage, Event Massage, Home Massage and Aged Care Massage throughout Australia and New Zealand. Sophie’s mission from the very beginning was to Make Massage Accessible to Everyone and now Massage2Motivate offer massage in the workplace, at events, in the home and we also have contracts in place with several Aged Care Providers.

Our Story

After working in the corporate sector as an accountant for several years, in 2001, Sophie Conidi took a leap of faith to follow her passion for health and wellbeing. After becoming a qualified massage therapist in 2003, Sophie founded Massage2Motivate in 2006, with the initial intention of bringing massage into the workplace. The business started small by providing corporate massages to clients based in Melbourne; however, Massage2Motivate quickly expanded to provide corporate and event massage services to organisations Australia wide. Sophie’s mission from the very beginning was to make massage accessible to everyone and now Massage2Motivate is the leading provider of corporate massage, aged care massage, home visit massage, event massage, workplace health and safety massage, and special occasion massage across Australia and occasionally New Zealand. Massage2Motivate also has contracts in place with several aged care providers.
