I'm going to take an educated guess and suggest that your biggest health obstacle is not a lack of information, it's not a lack of direction, it's actually implementation.
How do you stay on track in a busy life?
That is exactly why we have coaches here on the team at Melbourne Functional Medicine who are change experts, who will take all of that information and context from your treatment strategy and break it down into chunks and achievable bite sizes.
We'll also give you all of the resources that you need to be able to stay on track and get stuff done, and we'll also give you the emotional and practical support that you will need in order to make change sustainable.
Because if you make change and then you stop doing it in two weeks or three weeks or a couple of months down the road, it's not that it was no good, it just missed the mark and it wasn't as good as it could be.
As a coach, what I want is I want to be talking to you in two years and five years and for you to say to me: "Bee, my sleep is amazing, I'm smashing it. Bee, my movement, my stress, my food, all of my protocols are amazing and I'm staying on track."
That [feedback], for a coach, is the gold medal. And so, this is what we do as coaches. We want to help you understand where you are, where you want to get, and what the steps are to get there.
